Abstract
Objective : The purpose of this study is to draw implications for improving the residential environment of recipients and the service provision environment of caregivers by identifying the effect of home visit care providers' service provision environment satisfaction on their job enthusiasm.

Methods : As analysis data, the data of the ¡®Survey on the Service Environment of visit home Care Providers¡¯ conducted by the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs in 2020 was used. A basic statistical analysis was performed to examine the general characteristics of the respondents, and a regression analysis was performed to identify the factors influencing the satisfaction of the environment for providing care services for caregivers.

Results : As a result of the study, in the general characteristics of caregivers, the higher the subjective health status, the higher the enthusiasm for the job. In addition, the higher the satisfaction with the relationship between the recipient and the caregiver, the higher the satisfaction with the housing facilities, the higher the job enthusiasm of the caregivers. On the other hand, it was found that the area within the residential space or the sufficiency of the moving space did not affect the job enthusiasm.

Conclusion : It is necessary to change the perception that improvement of the residential environment of recipients who use long-term care services can have a positive effect on the improvement of job zeal of caregivers who provide services as well as independent living of recipients. In addition, it is necessary to nurture professional manpower who can manage the improvement of the recipient's living environment in an integrated way. In addition, there should be a continuous discussion on the setting of minimum guidelines and priorities for the improvement of the recipient's living environment.
